Are there specific drop-off & pick-up times?
Drop off and Pick up is allowed at any time during normal business hours!
What requirements are there?
Your dog must be over 4-months-old (sorry puppies!)
Your dog must be non-aggressive
All daycare pups must be spayed or neutered (no funny business!)
Your pup must Distemper, Rabies and Bordetella.
What should I pack?
Our only requirement is to bring your pup’s food and any medications. Pre-bagging is appreciated, but not necessary! Blankets, toys, and other personal items are welcome, however we have plenty of extras if needed!
Large plush beds can be difficult to wash. We would prefer they stay at home, but are more than happy to accommodate if it would make your pup more comfortable!
Please try and leave bowls, scoops, and any other non essential items at home. While we catalog each pup’s belongings, the less items to keep track of the easier it is!
How much time will my dog spend alone?
Your pup will be in his/her own suite for bedtime from 10:00pm to 6:00am. During the day your dog will be in one of our play areas socializing with other dogs and/or getting lots of loving from The Pup Stop Staff!
Will my dog get sick by being around so many other dogs?
We try our best to stay on top of any possible illness and take necessary precautions. Our entire facility and play yards are disinfected multiple times throughout each day. Unfortunately, just like with kids at school, illnesses can be passed between dogs. This is why we require all our pups to be properly vaccinated before visiting. If your dog comes down with anything, he/she must stay home until your vet says it's okay to return.
What happens if my pup gets hurt?
While injuries are very rare, some pups play hard! If there was an emergency we would immediately transport him/her to the closest available vet in addition to calling you and/or your emergency contact.
If it was a non-emergency, we would try to reach you or your emergency contact to see how you would like us to handle it before seeking any outside care.
